These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish laws. The user, with legal address in Spain or abroad, hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of ZETA ESPACIAL S.A.´s legal address. Notwithstanding the above, ZETA ESPACIAL S.A. and its subsidiary POP ROCKS Inc have the right to start any claim or legal action in any place if deemed appropriate to defend its rights.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy, is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision will be deemed severable from the remainder of this use agreement and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this agreement.
